Two women among three injured in Indian firing across LoC

ISLAMABAD: Three individuals, including two ladies, were harmed as Indian powers opened fire along the Line of Control (LoC), said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday.

Indian troops turned to unwarranted truce infringement in Khuiratta, Kotli and Battal in Rawalakot, said the ISPR.

"Pakistan Army troops successfully reacted to Indian posts from where the terminating was started," the announcement included.

On January 18, Pakistan had recorded a challenge with the Indian agent high chief after new cross-fringe terminating asserted existences of two ladies and injured five others along the Working Boundary in Sialkot's Chaprar part, with the Foreign Office expressing India's fierce disposition may prompt a "key miscount".

The Foreign Office summoned Indian Deputy High Commissioner JP Singh and served a demarche while lodging a dissent against the setbacks coming about because of the truce infringement by Indian powers.
